Project 921 is an implementation effort for SAP SuccessFactors recruiting, onboarding, and performance and goals management. These three applications will replace our existing PeopleAdmin functionality and integrate with our SAP system.
As a result of this implementation, we will gain enhanced functionality and valuable benefits including improved applicant screening and tracking, electronic forms for onboarding and online performance management processes. This project also aims to bring increased collaboration across our campuses and more modern integrations to our current disparate systems.
